Are you feeling grounded, earthed and centred right now?
Have you ever noticed how you feel, like how your body REALLY feels when you are stressed out?
Running around like a super hero trying to get everything done.
Your body feels dis-connected, dis-jointed and dis-associated.
This is how I feel when I’ve allowed myself to be exposed to the energy of a crowd of people. I always feel kind of scattered around in tiny pieces.
Fixing the issue.
Half of the battle is recognising that you’re actually in that place of dis-connection.
Recognising the need to remedy it and giving yourself permission to Centre yourself is the first step.
You’re bringing focus of attention back to your heart centre.
Taking a deep breath allow yourself to become grounded and centred.
Allow youself to become focussed.
But most of all give yourself permission to just Be in your own energy.
How do I do it?
I use a hematised limestone that was given to me about 15 years ago. It came from a beach in Wales. It’s heavy and fits nicely in my hand. In fact it’s just perfect for grounding myself when I feel out of sorts.
